Fast Shipping & Delivery
Our goal is to get your battery to you fast. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day, provided the product is in stock.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note that shipping or transit times are estimates provided by our carriers. To avoid delays, we encourage you to place your order in a timely fashion.

Shipping Costs

FREE Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered to our valued customers within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders: For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a custom shipping quote.

Our Shipping Process

Order Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping Carriers: Our primary carrier for battery orders is UPS Ground. For smaller accessory items, such as chargers and cables, we may use USPS Priority Mail. Due to the weight and nature of our products, we reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.
LTL Freight Shipments for Large Orders
To ensure the safe delivery of large or heavy orders, we may ship your order via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier.
Delivery Scheduling: If your order ships via LTL freight, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. For this reason, it is essential that you provide a valid and readily accessible phone number with your order.
FREE Lift Gate Service: We are pleased to offer complimentary lift gate service for all LTL freight shipments. This service makes it easy for the driver to lower the pallet from the truck to the curb at your residential or commercial address, making your delivery experience as convenient as possible.

Important Information

Address Verification: To protect against fraud, VMAXTANKS reserves the right to cancel any orders with different "Ship To" and "Bill To" addresses. If you need to ship to an address different from your billing address, please contact our customer support team for verification before placing your order.
Receiving Your Delivery & Damage Policy: Our batteries are rugged, and we use heavy-duty packaging to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, we make the replacement process easy.
- Inspect your package upon arrival. Before accepting the delivery, please inspect the box for any significant signs of damage.
- In case of damage, simply contact us. We will help you with a replacement.
- To help us process your claim quickly, we may ask for photos as proof of damage. Please keep all of the original packaging along with the damaged product until the claim is resolved.
