Puchased the 100A LiFePO4 battery. It arrived the next day. Put it on charge but it only showed 60A after a full night of charging. Called VMAX and started talking a real person immediately. They suggested some things to try so I did and after 2 days was unable to bring the current charge above 60A. Called back and spoke to Someone immediately again. Since I live close we were able to do a swap where I picked up the new battery and will be bringing the other one back after I get back from the other side of the state. This kind of customer service is very hard to find and you definitely would not get this kind of service ordering a Chinese battery. This will be the only place I buy batteries from in the future. They believe the first battery is suffering from a programming glitch of the bluteooth software but instead of trying to talk me through the programming they were happy to replace the battery. Top notch establishment.

I now have all the batteries switched over to VMax Tanks LifePo4: 2 12 volt 1 24 volt. Love the weight. Last entire season no issues. Highly recommend. Service awesome. They will answer any questions you may have for the application. Pricey yes however well worth the price especially when you don’t have to struggle with a liquid cell to get it up on a pontoon when dry docked. I probably could have used one battery charger for the 12 volts however I decided to have a charger for each battery. Delivered in a couple of days. Packaging top notch. Glad I found VMax Tanks.

Love that they are a Michigan company and are performing as expected. The App to monitor them could use some updates.

Three of these wired in series for 36V. Fished from 740 am til 5 pm. Fished all over spot checking walleye spots and Perch fished a bunch of spots on anchor mode. Back at the dock I checked battery life and was very impressed with the results!

I could not be happier with Vmaxtanks lithium iron batteries (lifepo4), with Vmax service, and in particular with the knowledge and experience of their employee, named Caleb. After speaking with Caleb, he directed me to 4-lithium iron 100 amp hour batteries to meet my power needs to run my equipment. They are far superior to any battery I have ever used to run my equipment. I used to charge my sealed lead-acid batteries once a day, but with the batteries Caleb recommended, and they are 2 1/2 years old now, I charge them once a week, and I could get away with charging them once every two weeks if I needed to. Knowing that they will last me at least 10 years and probably more, and the fact that they are so reliable, the lifepo4 batteries Caleb has recommended puts my mind at ease. Hot days, cold days, it doesn’t matter. The power needed is always there. I have often called upon Caleb to pick his brain, get his best advice to steer me in the right direction and answer questions that I have had over the years. He has always been very patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. There is not a question I could ask him to which he has not answered. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Caleb!
