We will gladly accept and process the return of products that get damaged in transit,  and those wrongly shipped due to a  fulfillment mistake.

Please refuse item if carrier did not leave delivery location.

If carrier dropped item, please file your claim no later than 3 days of receiving product so we may remedy the problem.

To file your claim:
1- Repackage item as received

2- Select "Labels" from our Category tabs on Home Page.

3- Select "Free Return Shipping Labels (FRSL)" from drop down menu.

4- Select item: FRSL .

5- Enter YOUR "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses when completing checkout and enter the following information in the Comment Section:

  • Date of Purchase
  • Receipt Number
  • Name of Authorized Dealer
  • Product Model Number
  • Product Serial Number
  • Best times to send carrier to pick up product
  • Brief description of problem
Upon receiving your request, we will email you a Call Tag or Return label to ship your product back.

Your free replacement will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving product.
