returns must be free of any abuse and physical damage. Damaged product
cannot be refunded, and will be held for a maximum of 30
days.
Customers may request the battery to be returned subject to paying freight and handling fee including all shipping and packaging costs.
All shipping damages must be claimed by shipper.
Upon receiving undamaged product, VMAX USA will issue refund within 3 business days.
